LeanUp Performance also offers personal training from your own home, place of work or anywhere you’d like to meet up. LeanUp will provide all equipment necessary, and we can train with any equipment you own as well.

Training from home is a great alternative to the gym for many reasons. You may be too busy to make time to travel to the gym, have children or pets, prefer training privately or just dislike gyms in general.

LeanUp offers a free first session, and this will be used to establish your current fitness levels and set your goals. This will also give you the opportunity to see if this is right service for you.

1 Hour Personal Training

Book a one on one session to get a personalized experience. Phil will assess your goals, take measurements, produce an individual custom plan then have a one on one session at a location of your choice. This is a great way to train without the need to go to a gym. Perfect for those who have a busy schedule or do not feel ready to exercise in a gym or group just yet.



10 Personal Training Sessions

LeanUp personal training sessions include an informal meeting to set your goals, an assessment, customized training program, nutritional advice followed by one on one personal training sessions at a location of your choice. You will also have support from us 24/7

24 hours notice must be given for cancellations or you will lose your deposit.
