LeanUp Commando Bootcamp organizes outdoor group classes in various locations around South Dorset. We take great pride in helping you get in fantastic shape using military based training. This is perfect for those of you who want to get fit, burn calories, develop whole-body strength, have fun whilst training, get some fresh air and work out in a group of like-minded individuals. LeanUp Commando Bootcamp can also offer training to help you gain entry into the Armed Forces, Police or Fire service.

LeanUp Commando Bootcamp was created for anyone who wants to train in a motivational class environment. Sessions are varied and incorporate safe but effective methods to burn fat and build strength to aid a healthy lifestyle. We utilize unconventional training tools such as sandbags, tires, battle ropes, kettlebells, jerry cans, your own bodyweight and much more to achieve a great workout.

All training abilities are welcome providing you declare yourself fit to train prior to participating. Whether you are completely new to fitness or you are a seasoned bootcamper, LeanUp Commando Bootcamp can help you achieve your fitness goals. Children of 14 to 17 years can participate as well if accompanied by an adult. There is no upper age limit providing you are medically fit and have had approval from your GP.

All sessions are run by Philip Lea who is a fully qualified and insured Personal Trainer and Strenght and Conditioning coach. There will at times be guest assistance from former and serving Royal Marines.

Currently sessions are on a pay as you go basis. There will be a monthly payment option in the near future with no contracts or cancellation fees once we have established a regular training program.

Sessions take place every Sunday at 10:00am at the Basketball Courts on Radipole Lane
